Low blood pressure

My mother is in dialysis 3 days a week and today was one of those days. She has felt lightheaded tonight and I have taken her blood pressure 3 times on the hour and it has been:
81 over 40
108 over 58
and just now 91 over 51

Should I be concerned?

Yes, 81/40 is too low and will cause here symptoms. Please consult with her doctor.I would even take her to the ER if it is that low again given her other health issues.
