Prehypertension in 21 years old

Hello. I'm 21 years old, male. Don't drink or smoke. My BMI is 19.7. I jogging for an hour almost everyday for 3 years and eat pretty healthy. My father has hypertension and he is now 64.  I notice that my blood pressure start to elevate 3 years ago like 136/85. At that time I sleep quite late and don't much exercise so I change my lifestyle but sometimes I still sleep less than 6 hours for many days continuously because of the exam. I'm really anxious about my high blood pressure so I always have high pulse and strong heartbeat when take my blood pressure monitor even take it at home and my blood pressure is like 130+/80+. But sometimes I actually have systolic and diastolic like 126/66 but my pulse still 110 which is not my resting HR so I try to calm down and take it again my heartbeat rate is lower to 85 but still beats forcefully and my pressure is increase to 136/66.(Is my pulse pressure high because of stronger heartbeat?)
My questions are
1. What should I do next to lower my blood pressure despite my good lifestyle?
2. Is it strage that I usually have lower blood pressure when my pulse is fast(when I take my blood pressure 2 time and the first time my pulse is high and the second time my pulse is lower but higher BP)?
3. Do I need to test anything else like Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring?
4. If I have to start take a medicine now in the age of 21(so sad), will I develop drug resistance and need to increase dose or add more types of drug when I get older?
5. Do you have any advice to calm my mind down?

Thank you in advance

P.S. I had echocardiogram 2 times for another reason(I feel palpitation when I was 16 and it's just PAC) and they are normal. I have urine exam test and it comes out normal too.
