blood pressures

hey just checking to see if i should be worried about some of my blood pressure readings.
132/78/56
143/75/55
133/69/57

now its 128//70/56

what number is to high for top numbers. some mornings it has been like    157/80
not sure why. thanks for help

Seems like your blood pressure usually is normal. Why you on occation have a high systolic reading is hard to say, the difference between systolic and diastolic tend to increase from age 50, but more often the cause is pure stress and anxiety. Are you anxious/expecting the worst when measuring your blood pressure?

Maybe you should ask your doctor for a 24 hour monitoring, if it is normal, you would easier to be able to not measure your blood pressure? If there are any abnormalities, you could get them treated.
