clonidine

what are side effects clonidine if ordered with extra alcohol use?

They both are slowing down the CNS system (central nerve system), and they may have an additive effect on reducing blood pressure. As far as I know (I'm not a doctor), high amounts of alcohol is not recommended when taking clonidine (or any other BP medication).
