develops tolerance to drugs (how not to)

How do you keep from developing a tolerance to blood pressure meds? We keep changing but in about a month they dont work.. I am right back where I started.  It seems that my body gets used to any medication and then ignores it. Anyone have info?

Hi,
How are you? I'm sorry to hear about your tolerance problem to your  hypertension medicines. Response to some medicines may indeed lead to  resistance. To prevent such problem, combination medicines may be prescribed.  Discuss this with your doctor also for proper management. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is also highly recommended. Take care and do keep us posted.
