Welcome, you are on two very good meds for BP, Olmezest is an ARB that works by helping your arteries remain flexible so they can absorb the force of each heart beat while Prolomet XL is a Beta Blocker that works by slowing your heart rate. Both are very effective on their own and should be able to control your BP. If these are not working, you need to have a discussion with your doctor about other options including other meds and lifestyle changes. Exercise is great to lower BP with your doctor's approval. Also, look at the DASH diet that was designed by the National Institute of Health  to help lower your BP through diet, here's a link;

I hope this helps,

Jon

Follow this pranayam, to help to control the blood pressure. Make it a habit and do it regularly. Let me know when you start to notice the benefit.Allow months, as this works gradually.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

I have to second what hava said about nasal breathing. Not that breathing is a replacement to your existing treatments but you should try some alternative therapies like paced deep breathing, isometric exercise and stress reduction on top what you are doing with the meds. There is a program called ilowerbp that may be a great addition to your existing treatments. It will help teach you yoga breathing and isometric techniques used by similar medical devices that are approved to lower blood pressure naturally. Again I wouldn't do these alone or without supervision of your doc but it should help you gain more control over your BP.
