lumps

my jack russell is about 9 yrs old and has developed huge lumps on her belly she also has a brown discharge from her nipples as well
at first she didnt seem like she was in pain but that has now changed
she has also lost a lot a lot of wieght
please let me know what u think as i am unable to afford a trip to the vets jst yet but i want to help her
i seem to be stuck between a rock and some hard stuff

Lumps on the belly and discharge from the nipples is a big concern especially if she is not spayed.   Was she fixed when she was younger or is she still intact (not spayed)?

How much weight has she lost and over what time frame?

I realize that money is tight, but this does not sound like a situation that can be treated at home....an exam by your veterinarian is in order and, given the described weight loss, I would try to make that exam as soon as you possibly can.  If you have to, borrow the exam fee from friends or family, but she needs to be seen.
