i have cin II n cin III n im only 24

I just had a coloscopy last week and I just recieve a call from my dr that I have seviral displasma cinII to Cin III and my dr says that I need to have a leep done to cute off and burn. I just Had one done on august 06 and after that I was coming out fine  with low risk then 3 months prior this pap i had a pap done with another dr n it came back normal n he told me that he wanted to see me in 1 yr but eventhough i told him about my history but since he didnt have it in his hands he told me in one yr so past 3 months i went back to my dr and i had a pap and he told me i need a coloscopy which i had it done last week and now this diagnosis. I ask him if its possible for an atternitive  and he told me that he could refer me to another dr out of town a cancer specializes but i am scare because i am only 24 years and i just have one baby and i dont know what to do cuz i really want another child and right now im am abstinet since 8 months i dont even have a boyfriend to get pregant. Can anyone tell me what i may encounter. what to expect plz.
