% of women positive for high risk HPV for 3 years who will develop cervical or anal cancer

If you have tested positive for high risk HPV consistently for 3 years, already had cervical dysplasia that required a CONE biopsy (which led to cervical stenosis) and recently had an abnormal PAP test showing reactive cell changes, how likely is it that you will get cervical cancer?   What is the % chance of getting cervical cancer, is the prognosis worse due to the persistent HPV, and in what period of time might it develop.  Mother also had anal cancer.  Age 50 years old.
