2 Abnormal Pap Smears

I was told in July that I had HPV. I had a biopsy in September. I was told that I have Mild case of Dysplasia. I went back in February. My pap came back, Abnormal. My Obgyn stated that I should come back in 6 months. If it comes back abnormal again, then they will do another biopsy. But as I am reading about ovarian cancer, It is leaked to HPV. It is also called the silent Killer.  Is it normal to wait 6 more months? Should I trust my Obgyn or should I be scared?

I am not aware of any link between ovarian cancer and HPV. HPV is the causitive factor for cervical cancer (or vaginal and/or vulva) but not ovarian.
Your pap smear is checking for abnormal cells within your cervix (and sometimes on the vaginal wall) it does not detect anything in regards to ovaries. It is very common to manage mild dysplasia of the cervix with a watch and wait - following up in 6 months. The majority of mild dysplasias (CIN1) will clear on their own.
