2nd opinion

I went to a dermatologist for this and he said it was a very low chance it was hpv, but I'm not to sure... About 8-10 weeks ago I noticed tiny bumps on the head of my penis.  By tiny, i mean all are less than 1mm.  they are in the area that receives the most friction during masturbation.  there is roughly about 20 total.  The dermatologist i went to thought it had a better chance of being Pearly Penile Papules than HPV.  they seem to dissipate to the point they are barely visible and i cannot feel them anymore if i don't masturbate for a couple of days.they seem to start on the edge of the head, but go up the sides/underside.  There is no redness, burning, smell, or puss  everything is normal, they're just there.  Is he probably right and I dont have anything to worry about?  Thanks.
