ASCUS - HPV? herpes? Infection?

I had a pap smear in 2008 and recently in 2010 - i didnt take one in 2009 because i was out of the country. either way, both paps i took came out abnormal - ASCUS

recently ive been noticing dramatic changes in my skin. im 21 and although i do get the occasional breakouts, theyve never been so many at a time and coming so frequently. I most get what look like ingrown pimples on my face
(cheeks and jawline in particular, i have maybe 5 or so at the moment - they dont really cluster, i'll have or or two on side, one on my chin, and another one of my other cheek or something. i try to drain them but its too hard and i make it worse..) and i also broke out on my chest for the first time ever! with tiny red dots that have left me scarred...

I also noticed a hugeee bump - kind of like a lymph or something on the most upper/ inner part of my thigh. it was tender at first but then it didnt hurt at all.
the doctor said she wasnt sure what it was. that it was too big to be an ingrown hair and a litte bit "squishy" in the middle so it wasnt cancer. she told me to come back later or check with a normal health care practioner but i missed my appointment - this was months ago! to this day, it has shrunken in size dramatically but i can still feel a little ball if i press really deep into my skin.
i also noticed another small bump a few weeks ago on my butt/close to my vagina. it was very small..it did hurt for a while but eventually also 'disappeared' although i still do feel a tiny ball if i press hard.

my question is, if i DID have herpes or hpv, would that not show up in my pap? or would it just be shown as acus and would require further evaluation?

the lady at the clinic told me not to worry about it because ASCUS just means that my cells look a little bit abnormal. but she doesnt know! it could be something serious and lifelong >:[
especially if ive already had TWO abnormal paps.

can i please get some advice on what i might have and what i can do if i cant have my coloscopy done ( i had an appointment this week but i got my period so i cant go)
