Abdominal Pain and confusing symptoms

Hello!  I was diagnosed with High Risk HPV on Jan 15, 2010.  The doc said my cells look normal but that the hpv, high risk type was detected.  She said we should schedule another pap in about 6 months to see if the cells have changed.  When I left her office I was crying all the way back to work!

I have been researching and researching, but some things I can't find that match what I'm feeling.

Stabbing pains in my lower left abdomen.  The doc said it could be a cyst on the ovary but she did an exam and felt nothing out of the ordinary.  But I FEEL SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY!  And there is what looks like a very mild yeast infection.  White discharge that is stuck in between the area down there so it doesn't exactly look like cottage cheese (the way yeast infections are described)...and what looked like a rash on my behind that is now clearing up...but not like a normal rash...but pimples here and there and at times the way they were positioned (2 near each other) looked like bug bites.  But that's not what they were.

I don't know if these symptoms are related to the HPV strain that I have, but it just all happened at the same time.  I'm 31 and only became sexually active near the end of 2007.  So it's either been there since then or as close to a couple of weeks ago.  These symptoms never appeared before and then all of a sudden, a yeast infection just before Thanksgiving of 2009 and that prompted me to see the doc since I'd never had one of those.  

Anyone out there have any ideas, advice or any information????
