Am I developing Penile or Anal Cancer?? Please Help

Almost 5 years ago I had unprotected anal sex(receptive) and gave oral sex. He didn't ejaculate inside my mouth.
The man had no warts or any spot on his penis or gentile area. Since then I have no symptoms of HPV.
On Internet have read that people with HPV that causes cancer have no symptoms or gentile warts.
I am so worried and depressed thinking that I am developing Penile or anal cancer because of HPV.
I don't know exactly what the facts is..
Am really developing cancer as I have no symptoms.
Please some one help me..

The odds of getting cancer from HPV differ from person to person. Please consider seeing a therapist. Your concern about getting cancer from HPV cannot run your life. Your one sex act as described here is very low risk. If you are expecting anyone to give you a precise percentage, you are asking too much.

The odds are extremely low. But do realize its based on the number of partners you have had (any sex position including oral). Do not consider yourself infected. Cancer occurs in maybe 5% of all HPV patients and only on the high risk strains that don't produce warts. You have a better chance of getting cancer from the polluted air or GMOs in our food.

I have no warts that's why I am worried that I may have been infected with high risk strains. I am a light smoker so my chances are high to develop oral or throat cancer.?? ??

They are less common. The most common are low risk and more often than not, no symptoms are shown and are not a real threat to the holder.

I think you are more than likely ok. If he didn't have a break out, hpv is more than likely not transmitted. I'm not a nurse or doc but have done a lot of research about this.
