Are shingles linked to HPV?

I have had bouts of shingles for years, short periods and light cases. I received a call from my OBGYN that said my pap showed possible HPV. I have never had this show up before and have only had my two husbands as bed partners, so what the heck? can shingles be the reason for this test result? I haven't experienced any symptoms of HPV, not from reading about the normal symptoms.
