Black dot on the head of my penis.

I received an unprotected blowjob from a girl I don't know very well, but who is regarded as being very promiscuous.  I noticed approximately 2-3 months later that I have a small black dot on the edge of the head of my penis.  I have not noticed this dot before, but I never inspected myself that closely.  It's worth noting that I have a brown spot or two on the shaft of my penis that I have had for years and some very, very slight brown pigmentation on my head as well.  However, nothing that resembles this small black dot.  I'm in a committed relationship so My rational side is telling me that I'm paranoid.  With that said, is there any chance that the small black dot is a genital wart?  It isn't rough and it doesn't appear to be elevated.  Is there any chance that it will grow into a wart and I just noticed it before it blossomed?  Below is a link to a photo I uploaded of the dot.  Please advise.  Thanks.

No one can tell you what you have here. Pictures are never good to guess what anyone has. Please visit a dermatologist. Getting HPV from oral sex is definitely possible but it doesn't happen that often and rarely if its a one time event.
