Black pimple on Labia

Hi i have recently noticed that i have a small pin point size black pimple type thing on my labia...It is not noticable unless you are feeling where its' at or if you pull the skin you can see it. .I wear tight pants a lot and so i am hoping that it would end up to be a pimple from the sweat build up...I'm just not sure if it would be warts or a pimple. any help would be great. It does not hurt it's just a little irritating when i wear jeans with it .

I guess it's a little bigger than a pin point, it's about a pen point. but it hasn't gotten any bigger or smaller, it's just there.
