Bleeding During Intercourse

Hi,
I have been sexually active for about 8 years and have been off and on birth control throughout that time. For the past 3 years I have experienced bleeding during intercourse and am extremely concerned. I was diagnosed with HPV about 1 year ago and it progressed extremely fast. I had to have multiple procedures and in October 08 had to have a LEEP. Is the vaginal bleeding in relations to the HPV or should I be concerned about something else. It is not painful but it happens almost every time I have sex. I have told my doctor but he says that everything looks fine. What should I do?
