Blood Blisters?

I'm not quite sure when this started, but it was less than a week ago.

On the right side of my labia, almost outside I seem to have a blood blister. It's oval-ish and has a dark purplish tip. It doesn't hurt as long as I don't touch it.

I haven't had sex, but I do masturbate. Could that be a problem? I think I might've shaved down there last week, but I don't think that it's an ingrown hair. This has happened about twice before I think, but they eventually went away on their own if I remember correctly.

Even if I have a hunch it'll go away by itself, I still want to know more about this. Any help? I'm just about positive it isn't herpes or yeast infection. I have no problem urinating and I haven't had any irregular discharges.

I don't know what is causing this issue, but it does't seem to look like a wart, and warts don't hurt to touch. Herpes aren't blood filled. It is likely a minor infection from, as you suggested, abrasion or an ingrown hair. If it continues to bother you, have a doctor take a look.
