Bowenoid Papulosis??

What exactly does it look like and what exactly is it? I was just diagnosed with high risk hpv about a week ago and I googled high risk hpv and bowenoid papulosis came up! I've had dark spots on my vagina for a while (I can't even pinpoint how long) and they looked similar to the spots that popped up on the internet, although it's hard to tell because the pictures aren't that clear. My spots are brown, and flat...and I have two. One next to my clitoral hood, and the other on my right labia. I see my gyn on Monday, should I ask him about it? Is it a real concern?
