HPV and HIV are two different viruses. If you are infected with one, it cannot be transformed in your body to the other. While certain STDs can make one more susceptible to catching HIV, having warts due to HPV does not.
Your risk of HIV depends on whether or not you had unprotected vaginal or anal penetration, and if so, who you did it with.
