The odds of getting cancer from a one time unsafe sex act is very low. About 3-5% of all people who are sexually active may get cancer after year/decades of sex. Most people who have HPV get genital warts which usually go away.; There is no test for men other than a biopsy of a genital wart. Please do not worry about something you cannot do anything about. From this point on, you should wear a condom.
