Can this be HPV?

About almost a month ago, i was engaged in french kissing a club girl when i went out with some friends which was very stupid of me.  After the encounter, i became much more aware with STD health problems and i noticed that on the shaft of my penis, there appears to be groups of white tipped dots that are very small.  It doesn't itch or feel like anything but i am very paranoid that it might be either herpes or genital warts.  I have never had sex but i have masterbated since kissing that girl.  Could i have gotten a STD from kissing the girl and transfored it to my penis?

Thank you very much.  that indeed was very comforting for me.  My main concern is not for myself even if i did contract oral HPV but for my family's sake.  I am becoming increasing paranoid that i might pass something like oral herpes or oral HPV to my family to the point where i want to move out of the house to protect them. I have a younger sister who is almost 4 and i would die rather than pass on a disease that might cause cancer or RRP which can ruin her life.  This might be far fatched but my question now is if indeed i do have oral HPV and since there is no test to prove i dont, how should protect my family from me?  Can oral HPV be passed on by sharing dinning utensils, sharing food, toilet, towels or shower?  Also is saliva a good transmitter for oral HPV because i am chinese and eating with chopsticks can easily transmit saliva.  I feel so distant from my family right now.  Sorry that i am being overly paranoid.

You're right.
Although oral HPV is less common than genital HPV, symptoms are uncommon and there is no test.
Fortunately, there is little risk.......even for those who engage in oral sex on a frequent basis. Oral cancer isn't all that uncommon and is actually quite rare among people who do not use tobacco or abuse alcohol.
So......although you cannot be absolutely certain that you do not have oral HPV, rest assured that your activities were extremely low risk, and even in the extremely remote (like almost 0) chance that you have oral HPV, there is a very, very small chance that it would ever cause you any problems.

So.......don't worry.

thank you very much for replying but without an avaliable test for oral HPV without symptom, how can one tell if he has HPV at all since most HPV doesnt show any signs?

1) You probably don't have Oral HPV.
2) Even if you did, it won't be transmitted to your genitals. This requires skin to skin contact.
3) It is hard to describe warts, but you know them when you see them.

I understand that the chances are slim but i realized that warts can be passed to different parts of the body and if i had oral warts with no symptoms, is it possible i transmitted it to my genitals?  Also, when you said warty, what exactly do you mean?

Doctors can tell easily. Warts usually look "warty".

You cannot get any stds without genital contact. You can't get genital herpes through a kiss and you cannot get a STD by masturbating.
