Confused about wart appearance

Hello all, my last sexual encounter was in June of 08 (protected with a female). Sometime within the past year I noticed two brown spots (light to medium shading) about 2-3mm each, one on the underside of the shaft and the other on the head. They stretchable, flat, and painless. I've looked at them pretty closely and they do not appear or feel to have any raised edges. Do these sound like they could be warts? Thanks.

I wouldn't be too worried, but I would recommend having a doctor take a look. Follow the doc's advice.
