Okay, just recently I had a papPap smear Pap smears and cervical cancer that came back "slightly abnormal" my doctor told me not to worry(which I can't stop doing)that I am yound and would most likely fight it off with a healthy immune system. I do take the vitamins One a Day (weight management), but I was wondering if anyone else knew of something else to take which might help?
A good thing for all women is folic acid. Try folic acid - abt 800 mcg daily
