Could it Be HPV?

Hello and thank you for allowing to share my concerns and questions. I recently had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a woman I barley knew. The next day I woke up and found kind of a red spots on my penis. I went to urgent care and got std tests done I am due to pick them up tomorrow. They gave me a shot and two tablets, they said that it is antibiotic for gohnerea and somthing else. Since then,(3 days ago) I've been having different symptoms. Watery stool, random pains in my legs, a few tingling sensation, I feel tired, dry mouth and also had a pimple come up on my lip but has since then disappeared. Today, I realized I have some sort of scabs or warts comping up on the side of my hand, and one on my finger under nail where the finger beds. My back seems to be hurting a bit and so do my knees. I also haven't really have an appetite since visiting the doctor and have a few rashes come and go but we're never very itchy. I do also seem to be getting cold feet, and also getting random hives that come and go as well. Those kind of do itch. The red spots haven't disappeared but have not really became pimple or anything that I can tell is a pimple. Could this be hpv? Herpes ? I would appreciate any feed back I really appreciate it. These soars or watts don't really bother me they just appeared within these two days . Could this be somthing in progress?
