Do I have hpv? Diagnosis confusion

I had protected sex with a new partner about 4 months ago. Shortly after I had discharge and was tested for all STDs (all negative). Eventually, after a lot of discomfort, they diagnosed me with BV which then turned into a cycle of BV and yeast infections.... during this time I noticed smaller jumps which were deemed vestibular papillomatosis... things had been getting better and I'd started to take a probiotic. Every time I have sex I get burning and irritation. Out of curiosity I did a vinegar wash to make sure there were no abnormalities and it resulted in a lot of small white patches around my urethra and vaginal opening.... is this for sure hpv?? Could this whitening be anything else? It's just small white reactions along the edges of my hymenal tissue and the urethra edges. I'm so freaked out. I was assured a few months ago that upon visual inspection they didn't think HPV was a concern, but these small spots make me nervous. Without vinegar there is nothing noticeable, all skin colored and soft. I'm not sure where to go from here. I've been to the doctor like 10 times in the last few months with multiple rounds of flagyl and duflucan. I just want my vagina back and to have sex without irritation, burning and redness at the opening. It's not normal. I'm beginning to think it MUST be something more serious that they have just missed :( I wish I could share photos to see if I'm the only one that sees this.
