Does a mild/low HPV causes this symptoms?

I had an exposure back in November 2015, after a month or so I started to feel sick, morning sickness, tired, weight loss, body pain. I freak the hell out. I let 3 weeks pass by to test for HIV and STD's but all came back negative. I have tested for Mono, Hep C, CMV and all come back negative. In April I went to my gyno and my pap smear came back abnormal. Last week I received I call that my HPV was positive but showed up as a mild so it wasn't necessary to do the  Colposcopy procedure. I dont know if all the symptoms I have sometimes have to do with this HPV. Rarely I have headaches, tired, red eyes every other day specially at night, white tongue, wired stomach sounds, and this seems to be contagious. I had shared a drink with a friend and now she is telling me that she has been feeling sick for the past month. I am scared that I have contracted HPV in my mouth.
I will appreciate any answers.
Thank you.

There are no oral HPV tests available anywhere.  Always start with your dentist for an oral exam. If an oral wart exists somewhere, you will be sent to an oral surgeon for biopsy of the wart.

Thank you!  I  will try that even though I don't have any warts. The only thing I have noticed is this little bump like if I had bitten my cheek.. but that's it.
Does HPV is contaigus if I share drinks or use the same kitchens utensils?
