Extremely Painful Lumps/Bumps On Vaginal Lip

Every so often usaully when I get my period 2-3 bumps appear either on my inner thigh or on my vaginal lips. I soaked in hot water for about 20 minutes and the pain stopped but now i cant even lay on my bed. I have not have any sexual intercourse or anything like foriegn near there but soap and water! I'm afraid to say anything to my mother because well...its a little embarassing for me. I'm a student and i cant even sit and stand let alone walk normally. I do shave around my areas for my own liking. It was after I shaved where it got worse actually. once again i have never had any sexual contact, I'm single. But I read that it might be HPV... Now that scares me even more than usual! So please help! I need answers quickly! =} Thank You!

If you haven't had any sexual contact, this almost certainly is not a STD. A doctor will be able to give you some help.

However, if you go to a doc and he doesnt know crap, you will need to see a dermatologist.

HMM, I'm not for sure what you have?and maybe its from shaveing? but I have talked to other women that had the "same" symptoms, But it was from herpes, and it recured around their period? Dont be afraid to talk to your mom? just tell her you need to see the dr? she's human to & should understand?  Or you should be able to find an std clinic somewhere close? and you may not have to tell her? or maybe there is a teen pregnancy clinic in the area? and they could help you? nonetheless, see a DR. it will be best for your mental status, and maybe they could get you on some meds?
