Fingered a prostitute

Well my friend and I fingered a prostitute 4 days ago at 11 of the night.
He began to finger her, then while he was I touched her vagina on the top and briefly entered the index and the middle fingers, forming a gun with my hand. But there was a small wound I mad the morning at 7of the morning on the pinky finger. Not on the palm on the opposite of the palm the other side of the hand, where there's nails. Skin removed but it didn't bled. It was still white when It happenned. So It surely touched the outside of her vagina. After fingering her briefly I beat her ***** later with the hand, but with the palm of the hand.
And later I fingered her with the other hand.
Moreover when I finished of it, 10-15 minutes later I want to a pharmacy and I putted hand sanitizer on the hand, so desinfected my hand. And when I came on the wound it was hurting, I maybe pressed on it, so a minuscule blood appeared. I'm sure it wasn't during the action. Is it possible because I applied sanitizer ? Moreover the next day I went to the beach the wound was burning me each time it comes with the salty water. At the end it became pink of the day. The next day, that is Monday, it became like a normal wound with a small scab.
I wanted to know am I at a risk for HPV ? Any other std's ?

Moreover I didn't touched my genitals. I did just after 2 or 3 hours and cleaning many times my hand with sanitizer and soap.
But now I remember using my phone after all that and before first sanitizing my hands, and using back my phone after that. Do the cell are dead after more that one hour ? Or not ?
