Can warts apear in the growing area on the edge of the scrotum? They look to be small tiny bump/flaps of skin. One on each side in the growing area on the edge of the scrotum.....
yeah its very possible. I had genital warts there at times (confirmed by my doctor)
Sure you can get them there, but it might be skin tags or something else. This is easily discovered by visiting a dermatologist. Just go in and have it checked out.
