Genital Skin Tag or Wart?

Ok so this is a little more than embarrassing. I was doing some grooming down there and found what looked to be 2 skin tags on my I guess outer labia. They kinda flop back and forth and are smooth. Then after much freaking out and investigation I found what looks like the same thing on my inner labia. They dont hurt or itch or anything. In fact if I hadn't groomed I would never have found them. It has been over a year and a half since I was sexually active. I dont have insurance so I am leary to rush to the doctor. Should I be worried?

I have had a crop of skin tags arrive along my bra line, under my arms and neck these have definitely multiplied where my bra has rubbed and I have perspired so they definitely spread on the host body so are they contagious to my partner?.

I once found 3 skin tag looking growths on the outer labia of my groin area. I have never had a problem with this before and in fact had not had intercourse for over 5 years at the time of occurance. I was biking excessively prior to this discovery and my Gyn said they were probably caused by friction from my bike seat. She burned them off with some type of chemical solution and confirmed (without a biopsy) that they were in fact skin tags. I have been afraid to ride ever since for fear of reoccurance. i guess my concern is that it may have been HPV. Is this a common problem in bycycling for women and can intense friction (such as one experiences biking) actually promote skin tags?

I wouldn't be worried at all because they sound like skin tags. Skin tags are soft moist and they flop back and forth just like you mentioned.I noticed them on my labia once before.
