Genital Wart

I was diagnose with HPV 3 years ago, when I got it I was in a faithfull relationship and my partner seem to be ok with it. As life goes, we broke up and now I am seeing someone new and we had sex. I had not notice I had a very small wart and now I don't know if he got it and if I should tell him. I am scared to tell him and I am scared that he has got it and hates me. Please advice.

Hey, from the research and comments made by the doctors, HPV virus usually don't last that long. Were you ever cleared of your warts or did you had it the whole three years?
Was this wart newly discovered? Are you sure it is a wart or do you think it is?
