Genital warts?

Recently, I discovered little bumps in between my vagina and anus. I've done a little research on genital warts and I'm worried that it might be that. I've had 2 different partners this year, one who I am fairly sure does not have any STIs and with the other, I'm less sure.

The last time I had intercourse was in September (before any bumps appeared) and that ended with some vaginal bleeding which continued on for an extended amount of time. After my period, there was still some spotting. At my annual check up, I mentioned the bleeding to my doctor and she told me that it was normal and he might have just torn some tissue. However, with the appearance of these bumps I'm afraid it's much more.

I'm very worried and was wondering if this could possibly be anything else?
