Genital warts

hi
i have recently discovered i have contracted warts on my penis.
i have tried picking them off which was painful and messy but they were only gone for a month or so then they came back .
Is there anyway to get rid of these its killing me mentally because im actually turning down sex because im so embarrassed and worried of infecting anyone else.
i have tried a topical cream also called aldara which was expensive and i picked one off at the time before using it so not sure if it worked properly?
please help as my doctor cant seem to tell me to much about it except getting them burnt off which will be painful and ill always have to explain my scars
please help me?

Q: If i do see a dermatologist and they remove them will that be it forever?
.
A: You may be one of the lucky 90% who never get any more or not. No one knows who will be. Boost your immune system via healthy eating, exercise, vitamins, no smoking cigs, less or no alcohol, condom protected sex, less stress, more sleep, etc. and they may not come back.

it can take up to 3 months for the aldara to fully work. did you use it for that long?

don't continue to pick these off!!!

the pain of wart removal isn't as bad as it sounds. if you are getting the return of warts frequently, seeing a dermatologist for removal is a good idea.
