Get HPV by touching a guy's fingers before he touched a wart and touch anus?

So I was playing with a friend and he has genital warts. While we were at it, I touched the tip of his fingers with the tip of my fingers. Later on - about 2 hours later - I went to take a shower. I completely forgot about it and scratched my anus before washing my hands. I have reasons to believe that he has touched his warts before we met. Am I infected with HPV as well now?

Also, this friend said that he got warts after cleaning his penis (the glans specifically) with a toilet paper that someone with warts has touched. Is that even possible?

Transmission via touching is very very rare and must be immediate. I don't believe your friend got warts from touching toilet paper. This is nonsense esp if he is sexually active.
