And have a doctor (GYN or dermatologist) provide a diagnosis via an office visit or test. Online pics are difficult for anyone to diagnose because genital warts come in many different sizes and colors.
Please do not consider yourself to be a walking disease. Every human on this planet has germs and viruses in their bodies. For 90% of all infected, they are no longer infectious after 3-6-12 months of no warts or a clean pap. Somehow the virus becomes dormant. However, no one can predict if you will remain non-infectious for the rest of your life or not. You could be non-infectious forever or you could become infectious years/decades later and will never know if it is a new strain or the old one.
Also realize that with 80% of all sexually active adults having been exposed to it (via safe and unsafe sex), it is very likely that your next partner has had it too. So I think it depends on who you date. If you are 26 or under, please get the vaccine and protect yourself from getting strains that you do not already have and not infecting people with those particular strains.
