HPV - Possible infection?

Hello, I suspect I'm worrying for no reason but I think it's better to ask than stay in complete wilderness.
Basically, I made a mistake in having sex with a CSW in late June. It was protected intercourse although I performed cullingus which wasn't protected. I had a HIV DUO test, syphilis, gonorrhoea and Chlamydia test 31 days after which were all negative. I've been told not to worry about these diseases anymore so I'm not. However, I was just wondering about the chances of being infected with HPV? I have no visible warts on my penis or mouth area, however over the past week I've developed many small bumps all over my hands. They're not discoloured and are the exact same colour as my skin, however they do itch quite a bit. Not sure if these are warts, reaction to something or simply eczema. Is there any chance of this being due to possible HPV infection, or am I right in thinking there's nothing to worry about?

Thank you.

Thank you for the reply!

I'll take up your advice and go see a dermatologist about it, probably just a reaction to something I think.

Very little chance that they are warts. They usually appear on your genitals. Go see a dermatologist to confirm and ask the doctor to check your genital area. Most CSWs do not have STDs because they would lose return biz.
