HPV & Cryotherapy

Hello,
I was diagnosed as having a high-risk type of HPV at my 6-weel postpartum check up, approximatley 3 years ago. Followig this diagnosis, I had a colposcopy, followed by cervical cryotherapy. The doc said the cryotherapy wasn't required, but would increase the chances of getting rid of the cervical cell changes...I only had cryo done once, but I have had several colposcopys done, some with biopsy. Ever since my diagnosis of HPV and subsequent treatment with cryo, I bleed very easily during any penetrating sexual contact. I told the doc, but they said that my cervix does not look friable, but does bleed easily when touched...I have ruled out other STDs as the cause via labwork, pelvic examinations, etc. This is very bothersome. I have also been very dry "down there". I dont know if the dryness is the result of having a child...not sure. I recently switched to the Nuva Ring as well, just a further piece of information, as I bled continuoiusly for 12 months on the depo-provera shot, and started to bleed continuously on Ortho-Tri-Cyclen. I am only 20 years old, and would like some insight into these problems, as I guess it's going to be a lifelong thing now, huh?
Thanks,
Hannah
