HPV, need any tips or advice?

Been diagnosed for around 3 months now. Have had some waritcon TCA and freezing as they seem stubborn. Some have disappeared others not so much. I am now only left with a few. Dr has done freezing again, but could anyone tell me what is supposed to happen after? do they go white a day after scab over or what? I've also been having TCA every week as well to try and kill off the suckers. This does seem to be working for me having both sets of treatment at the same time. I have tried ACV but seems problematic keeping it in place. I also have been topping up on as many vitamins I can get my hands on.  But If any one can help with any tips?

So after this last week and overdosing on vitamins. I have seen the best improvement. They have all came off other than 1 or 2. And looks like new skin is growing through. Now it's time to try and prevent them any tips ?

Wear a latex condom if you have sex during the recovery period. And lead a healthier life for at least 2 years.

The skin is supposed to return to normal color there and for some, they never return. As you already know, boosting one's immune system via vitamins and supplements, exercise, healthy eating, more rest, no smoking or booze, less stress, etc is just a theory but it seems like the right idea. Some people have a harder time than others clearing it. The 90% statistic has been around so long, I don't know how accurate it is now. Meditation helps too. The virus will go dormant but it never leaves.
