HPV? A swart inside lower lip.

Hi,
I had few encounters of receiving blow jobs and deep kissing with women of unknown status. My exposures have been fingering a woman, received blow jobs and deep kissing. I never had sex.
A week ago I got an erected white mass inside lower lip. It is not visible from outside. I can see it in mirror. I can touch it with my tongue and it looks like a soft white nail. I am afraid, it can be HPV? I tried to chew it a bit and it went away for couple of days (not completely). Bow, it is again grown and bit annoying as I can play with it.
I am married man and we have a toddler. I am away from home because of work.
Now I am afraid to go back home and see my wife and kid as I can transmit HPV to both.
Please suggest , what should I do with this wart? How long I should be away and should not see my wife and kid?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This lump can be a small cyst, hematoma, mucocele (if present on the inside of lower lip) or a benign growth of the lips. Since the lump is painless and not changing in size, all these possibilities need to be evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
