HPV Digestion

would any of the hpv viruses, high or low risk, affect the digestive system in anyway?

It's unlikely to be honest. There is a link to digestive tracts and sometimes anal cancer which can causes bowel changes (but anal cancer is rare and usually other symptoms like sores around the anus appear) It is more than likely related to something else, because high risk HPV usually has no symptoms in men and low risk HPV usually causes warts and sometimes itching but thats it.

I mean irregular bowel movement, diarrhea, constant noises from intestines
