HPV Possibility

Three and a half weeks ago I had protected vaginal and unprotected oral (both ways) with a CSW.  Now, I notice a red bump near the tip of my penis (urethra opening).  I'm very concerned that this might be the start of genital warts or even herpes.  

What's the likelihood of contracting HPV through the situation described above?

If you are concerned about the encouter you described, it is unlikely to develop wart on the areas covered with condoms... It probably is neither hpv wart nor herpes... herpes have worst symptoms than you described... you should see a dermatologist if it persists...
