HPV Self Transferrance?

Hello, I have warts on my forearm which are obviously caused from some form of HPV. Recently, admittedly, I was masturbating recently, and noticed something small, but not normal. The second I noticed it, my heart began to race because I was unsure of what is was (tonight) and now I am very scared. I am only 20 years old, have had protected sex with one girl, and now out of nowhere I am shaking because I am so scared. I know that when warts are irritated they bleed kind of quickly, and the particular area on shaft of my penis after irritated had the same result. I immediately freaked out and didn't know what do to or what it was. I am curious to know if there is any other situation or outcome that isn't HPV or whether I can transfer it from my arm to penis by chance. Also, I will post a few pictures for a doctor to look at so that this isn't just words and guesswork.
