HPV Ulcerative Colitis, and COLECTOMY HELP!

I have had ulcerative colitis for a few years now, and got HPV(warts) last year.

They are not clearing up from aldera, and Im getting my colon removed in a little over a month.

will the removal of the UC, thus taking me off an immune suppressant drug, help me with ridding of genital warts

I need some confort in this situation please
