HPV and HB

Hello, first I want to know what is VCT  screening and why an individual needs to be screened, and in what case?
My second question is, what is HPV  Gardasil vaccine, and how frequent this vaccine should be taken, and for how long?  Why a person needs to take this vaccine?

The vaccine protects against two of the main genital wart causing HPV strains and two of the most cell changing strains which can lead to cervical cancer. Getting this vaccine will protect against these strains so you will not get that type of HPV if you are exposed to it. It does not protect against other HPV strains which are rarer than what the vaccine protects against and it does not protect against strains you already have.

It comes as an injection of which there are three. The second is to be done around 1 month after the first, and the third to be done around 3/6 months after the second (I'm not exactly sure of the time frame but you can find the precise times online or when you ask the nurse whose doing the injection)
