HPV and Pregnancy

Im 24yrs old and me and my boyfriend are having a beautiful baby.  Im 14weeks pregnant and me and my OBGYN informed me that I have HPV. 4 weeks ago my doc prescribed a cream called Aldara to remove a wart that was in my vaginal area.  My question is if both me and my boyfriend have HPV but Im the only one who had a wart can he still get a wart if we have sex.  We have always had a very healthy sex life and we both share a high sex drive so please help!..lol..can we have sex?

Well u both already have the virus so u cant keep infecting each other with the same strain of HPV once u have it u have it... most people say its better to wait until the wart is healed and gone..but its totally up to how u both feel about it.....me and my b/f both have it and he shows sign but i dont ,and we still have a great sex life.... the only problem is...if ur partner has sex with someone else that has HPV but a different strain which there is over 100 different types u can get the new strain of HPV..its kinda like collect the whole set..lol.. and im not saying thats gonna happen..its just a bit of info...

But u are both commitied to one another and are faithful so there should not be any problem with the both of u having a normal sex life..so have fun..lol..
hoped it help.. :)
