HPV and Steroids

Hello,
Im a healthy 23 year old male that regularly goes to the gym and takes good care of myself. Last summer i was on a steroid cycle to gain muscle mass and strenght, unfortunately mid cycle was when i got HPV and also got anal warts. After i finished my steroid cycle i got the warts removed and ive been clean of warts ever since.
Im thinking of taking another steroid cycle once again to improve my strenght and my muscle size, the only thing im worried about is:
       if i take another steroid cycle, will it cause me to develop anal warts again?
i understand that steroids lower the immune systems capability to defend against viruses and such, and ive heard if your immune system is low HPV could manifest itself and you could get warts. But a while after i got the warts removed, i got pneumonia and was pretty sick but no sign of warts. also i got 2 steroid injections (a while after i got sick also) just to pump myself up a bit, and thank goodness there were no signs of anal warts.
The steroid cycles that i have taken consist of 20 injections, 2 every week. i've also taken some oral steroids.. ive taken basically deca, oxymethanol & propionate.
Any help would be greatly apreciated,

It is true that steroids can lower the immune system but no one can predict whether it will trigger the warts to appear again. In 90% of cases, the body’s immune system clears HPV naturally within two years.  But, sometimes, HPV infections are not cleared and can have HPV even if years have passed since he or she had sexual contact with an infected person.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Thanks so much for your help, im sorry I took so long to reply. You have no idea how much your response has given me peace of mind, and also I am now alot more hopeful that I'll be in control of my HPV since I wasnt aware that the immune system clears it naturally within two years. Im sure i'll be clear of it since im a very careful active sexual person.
Once again id like to thank you for your advice, this type of situation is hard to consult with my doctor since he is a very close family friend and steroids are such a controversial thing that i really think it wouldnt be a good idea to tell him that i am on steroids lol.
I'll be sure to keep you posted and also anyone who is in the same situation as me in hopes that it'll be of help, take care have a good one :)
