HPV and TCA

I have been using 100% strength TCA to treat my genital warts, however I have a large one. I put a good amount on, it turned pure white then turned pure black into a scab. It has been like that for over 3 weeks so I added more TCA with no effects. Should I just leave it be or try putting more on or what? I also had another one (slightly smaller) same effects but I kinda ripped it out and it was fine. I don't want to rip it out however.

Whoa. At the Gyn. office where I work we only use 5%.
