HPV and future risk

I was diagnosed with HPV genital warts a week ago and the doctors froze the warts off the tip of my penis. They are gone now and I am, I guess in a waiting game to see if they return. Does anyone know what the likelihood is? As well, I am mostly a very healthy and active person. I am 25 so I continue to drink socially on weekends, I know this isnt great for my immune system but I need to keep social or ill lose my mind. My diet is healthy and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Ive just met a girl and she is aware of my wart problem. She wants to be with me but we were both wondering, even if I wear a condom, and there are no signs of warts, what are the chances that she contracts the virus. She is strong and younger, healthy and active. I know that wearing a condom helps. So basically, wearing a condom and being clear of any visible warts, is there a high, medium or low risk of transmission?
